Tamara started her career in management consulting, but always knew she was destined for a career in sustainability. She left consulting and went back to school to earn her Master’s in Civil Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Infrastructure. After graduation, she went to work for the ESG team at Prologis and eventually found her way to Kimco where she leads their ESG team as their Senior Director of ESG.

With over 30 years of experience in sustainability in the building and real estate space, Kim has been a pioneer of implementing sustainable practices before “ESG” even existed. As the VP of Sustainability, Kim is instrumental in building out the sustainability program and strategy at JBG Smith.

As the Director of ESG, Becca has been an instrumental part of building out the sustainability program at Jamestown. She was one of their first sustainability hires and has been growing with the company for almost a decade. She is responsible for overseeing ESG initiatives across the entirety of Jamestown’s global portfolio, spanning the US, Europe and Latin America.

Christian Whitaker is Global Head of Sustainable Operations at JLL, a global real estate and investment management firm with operations in more than 80 countries. Prior to JLL, Christian held senior energy and sustainability roles at Siemens, in the firm’s building technologies and smart infrastructure business units.

A background in environmental science and interest in the intersection of policy and business ushered Daren into an ESG corporate leadership role for Brixmor Property Group. For over a decade, he has worked to help create and shape the policies and programs that define the triple net lease real estate company as a leader in sustainability.

Sara Neff, the Head of Sustainability in the Americas for Lendlease, is part of a global team that oversees and implements the real estate group’s targets for sustainability and social value.
